Carmen Sandiego is wanted for questioning by the RCMP and the FBI. Also, there are warrants out for her arrest by Interpol. She is a criminal mastermind who hasn’t been caught by the police for more than twenty years.

 

Not much is known about her childhood or what made her turn to a life of crime. Carmen wears a distinctive red outfit that should have made it easy for the police to catch her, but eyewitnesses say that she moves quickly and quietly like a ninja.
